Managing Director, AU
Nathan brings over 14 years industry and retail experience. Since 2002 he has held a number of senior management and leadership positions within leading retailers including Woolworths Ltd and Mitre 10, with a focus on product development and category management. Nathan also has a proven history in brand development, responsible for a number of leading brands in the marketplace today.
Managing Director, UK
Matthew has over 13 years experience in sales and product sourcing roles within the Australian Appliance industry, prior to which he managed large teams within the retail sector.
General Manager, Sales
Craig brings a wealth of experience to Residentia Group. Having begun his own audio distribution business in his 20's, he joined Sony Australia as a Product Manager which in turn lead to various Channel Manager roles. Following this, he branched off to the appliance industry and rose from National Sales Manager to a category GM.
Before joining Residentia Group in 2016, Nicholas was the creative director and manager of a boutique creative agency, working with brands such as Cartier, Treasury Wine Estates and the Australian Government. Nicholas has also been creative director for the award winning publications Process Journal and Alquimie.
Prior to joining Residentia Group, Stewart worked within the commercial real estate industry and as Sales Manager for a medium scale home builder. Stewart brings a wealth of experience to the Product department and has successfully implemented a range of policies and procedures for the business.
With over 15 years logistics operational experience, Ashlea originally specialised in the fashion sector and has worked with a number of start-ups as well as established brands.
Jacki has over 12 years experience in managing Operations for a number of suppliers, specialising in the wholesale supply of Appliances across Australia.
Chief Financial Officer
Gerald Teh has over 17 years experience in the banking industry having spent most of his career with a focus on growth funding (including M&A) to middle market corporates. His expertise includes cash flow analysis and balance sheet optimaisation as well as acquisition financing.
Having worked in both Support and Sales roles within the Consumer Electronics and Home Appliances industry for over 17 years, Brooke brings a wealth of experience to the Service department — as well as a bubbly laugh.
Product and Sourcing Manager, China
Joanna brings a wealth of experience to Residentia Group having spent over 10 years working for one of the largest appliance manufacturers in the world.
For over 17 years, John has worked in the Consumer Electronics and Home Appliances industry. Having worked his way up from unloading trucks, to state and national roles, John has won a number of industry awards in both individual and company capacities.
Brad has worked in the Consumer Electronics and Home Appliances industry for more than 15 years. Brad has diverse experience Holding National and Regional Sales Management roles in Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific Islands.
BDM (Western Australia)
Prior to joining Residentia Group, Chad has been working as a Commercial Sales Representative within the Plumbing and Construction industry whilst finishing his Bachelor of Commerce at Curtin University.
Graphic Designer & Marketing Assistant
Prior to joining Residentia Group, Ray worked as a creative within the Learning & Development industry where he grew his passion for designing impactful communication. He brings a broad range of experience in various design practices to the Marketing Team.
Having studied Social Science, Counselling and Journalism, Jessica spent several years working as a Pharmacy Assistant before joining Residentia Group. Her empathy and passion for solving problems make her an invaluable member of the Support Team.

With over 12 years administration experience under her belt, Elise is a true believer of anticipating the needs of customers and delivering effective, friendly customer service. Affectionately referred to as the Brains Trust, no query is too big or small for her.

With an extensive background in Sales and customer service, Kim joined the team with knowledge around customer satisfaction and takes on her tasks with a smile!
With previous experience in commercial sales with The Good Guys and a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing Communications, Hayden brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in white goods. More specifically, Hayden has a history of building and maintaining prosperous relationships with a number of commercial clients in the building, aged-care and mining industries.
Diane has a broad range of experience in finance having worked for the ATO, PwC and other private businesses. She is a natural problem solver who is a closet nerd and loves to focus on process improvement. She also loves her cat dearly and would have 100 more if she could!
